      <image:title>Sessions/Fees</image:title>
<image:caption>Your choice of therapist is a significant and important one. I therefore offer a free 50 minute consultation to discuss your needs and provide an opportunity for us to explore whether we want to work together. If we agree to proceed, all following sessions will last for 50 minutes, and take place on the same day and at the same time each week. This time can be agreed after our initial meeting. If for any reason you cannot make an appointment, I accept cancellations without charge with up to 48 hours notice. If possible and desired, I will attempt to reschedule sessions you are unable to attend. I operate a sliding scale of fees, with the highest cost being £80. I also provide a limited number of low-cost spaces for clients on restricted incomes. If you are interested in one of these spaces, include this in your initial contact with me. I currently accept payment via cash or bank transfer in advance of each session. If desired, we can discuss the possibility of moving to monthly invoicing as we continue to meet.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About Me - My Perspective</image:title>
<image:caption>As an Integrative practioner I have been trained in a range of therapeutic perspectives. I draw on theory from psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, embodied and relational traditions in how I conceive of my work and the difficulties my clients bring. I believe that we are all influenced by the impact of our past, our experience of the present, and our expectations for the future. Likewise we simultaneously have experience of ourselves as whole beings, and as aspects of self such as our emotional, cognitive and embodied and relational parts. In raising our awareness of these influences, we gain choice in how we respond to them, becoming more empowered to know our needs and make the changes we need to support ourselves.</image:caption>
